Formaldehyde-Free Color-Fixing Agent is mainly used as the color-fixing agent of reactive dyes and direct dyes as well as printed fabric. It can improve the fabric wet fastness and weather fastness.

3.Properties

lIncrease the color fastness to washing and sea water of fabric, which is dyed with reactive 

dyestuff.

lIt's a polyamine polymer liquid, may have slightly affect to the color fastness to light.

lNot only suitable for dip dyeing but also suitable to padding with resin in the same bath.

lExcellent in color fastness to washing and perspiration.

4.Application

The use of the product depends on the concentration of material composition, type, and the dyestuff or other factors. The following is a general reference data:

Dipping Process

①Dosage: 2~5g/L

②Liquor ratio : 1:20

③Temperature : 40~60℃

④Time: 15~20 minute

Padding Process

①Dosage: 10~30g/L

②Padding-Dryer : 110℃

5.Attention 

The anionic polymer or anion surfactant try not to mix when dealing with Bath.

pH 9 above avoid fixed treatment 

6.Packing & Storage

l200Kg Drum, 1ton Tank

lPack and preserve the product in a sealed, cool and dry condition, and avoid contacting strong oxidants
